Kundalini Immersion
Step into more than a Yoga Teacher Training ~ Enter a Living Ceremonial Journey
At Lou Rae Soul Alchemy, our Classical Yoga & Kundalini Teacher Training is intentionally woven with the wisdom of the ancient yogic traditions, the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year, and the celestial guidance of astrology. Each module is thoughtfully aligned with seasonal shifts, lunar cycles, and significant planetary transits, inviting you to experience the teachings as they unfold within both nature and yourself.
Rather than simply studying philosophy, anatomy, and practice, you will journey through them. Sacred ceremony, ritual, meditation, journaling, mythology, mantra, breathwork, somatic healing, and community (sangha) become the threads that transform knowledge into embodied wisdom.
As we honor the changing seasons ~ from the balance of the Equinoxes to the stillness of the Solstices ~ we cultivate a deeper relationship with the natural world, our own inner landscape, and the cycles of transformation that shape every human life. This immersive approach creates a modern mystery school experience where classical Tantra, Vedanta, Ayurveda, Kundalini, and contemporary nervous system science meet in reverence.
Through a blend of Āsana (movement), Prāṇāyāma (breath), Darśana (philosophy), and Svādhyāya (inner inquiry), you will be guided into a more embodied understanding of subtle body awareness, Kundalini energy, and ultimately the nervous system.
This is an initiation into living yoga ~ one that invites you to remember your connection to the Earth, the cosmos, your lineage, and the deepest truth of who you are.
Teaching Approach
My work is rooted in a deep reverence for classical traditions of yoga, particularly that of Hatha and Kriya along with aspects of Kundalini, and the teachers who have carried these lineages forward.
I draw from tantra yoga systems including laya, naad, and shabd, weaving together sacred sound, breathwork, and subtle body practices with grounded, accessible guidance.
My approach honors both the depth of the tradition and the individuality of each student, creating a space that is both expansive and supportive.
The experience
This class is designed to be both structured and spacious. You will be supported in exploring your own relationship to the practice, integrating teachings at your own pace, and developing a deeper sense of clarity, embodiment, and self-trust.
Above all, this is a space to reconnect—with the teachings, with your body, and with yourself.
