Kundalini Immersion

A deep, experiential journey into the classical teachings of yoga and Kundalini energy

Training that is a deeply experiential practice designed to integrate the mind, body, and soul.

Through a blend of movement, breath, philosophy, and inner inquiry, you will be guided into a more embodied understanding of Kundalini energy, subtle body awareness, and the nervous system.

This is not only a study of the teachings, but an opportunity to embody them. Experiencing ancient wisdom and transforming it into a practical, modern application.

Teaching Approach

My work is rooted in a deep reverence for classical traditions of yoga, particularly that of Hatha and Kriya along with Kundalini energy, and the teachers who have carried these lineages forward.

I draw from tantra yoga systems including laya, naad, and shabd, weaving together sacred sound, breathwork, and subtle body practices with grounded, accessible guidance.

My approach honors both the depth of the tradition and the individuality of each student, creating a space that is both expansive and supportive.

The experience

This class is designed to be both structured and spacious. You will be supported in exploring your own relationship to the practice, integrating teachings at your own pace, and developing a deeper sense of clarity, embodiment, and self-trust.

Above all, this is a space to reconnect—with the teachings, with your body, and with yourself.
