Hi, I’m Lou.

I believe that true transformation happens when we shift inward.

This work is not about forcing change, but about reconnecting—listening to the wisdom of the body, restoring balance, and remembering the parts of ourselves that have been lost or quieted over time.

Through kundalini informed yoga, shadow integration, and soul-centered healing practices, I guide others into a deeper relationship with themselves—one that supports personal sovereignty, empowerment, and lasting inner alignment.

My Journey

My relationship with yoga and spirituality began early in life, with a formal awakening unfolding in India more than 16 years ago. I traveled there seeking instruction and returned profoundly changed; carrying a lived, embodied understanding rather than concepts alone. My teacher, Yogirishi Vishva-ji, shared the wisdom of Hindu philosophy through light-hearted devotion and presence, teachings that continue to guide my path.

Since then, I’ve completed over 1,500 hours of training and teaching in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga alongside continued study in Reiki, sound healing, Ayurveda, and soul retrieval shamanic, somatic coaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, allowing me to bridge spiritual depth with grounded structure in both leadership and teaching.

I am the President of Vibrant Lives Wellness Academy in Dillon, Montana, where I support conscious education, healing, and community-centered growth. I am also a co-author of an upcoming book exploring kundalini awakenings, offering nuanced, grounded perspectives on a process that is often misunderstood.

Based in southwestern Montana, I travel throughout the western United States working with aspiring yogis, teachers, and spiritual seekers of all ages and experience levels. My work centers on advocacy, personal sovereignty, empowerment, and deep inner healing, honoring the intelligence of the nervous system, the body, and the soul.

At home, I live the path I teach as a mother and householder, stewarding a small farm where I train pack goats and tend the soil through gardening. This rhythm of land, family, and practice keeps my work rooted, relational, and real.

I’m deeply grateful to walk this path in this lifetime and to serve as a guide for those remembering their own inner wisdom.
